Guaranteed live arrival or refund with photographic evidence in bag within 2 hours of first scheduled delivery attempt.

Do not discard DOA livestock until photos are received. Refunds won’t be issued if your package is delivered and not attended to for more than 2 hours or if the package is not received within the first delivery attempt. Please be responsible and track your package on the carrier website so that you can be there to receive them.

I reserve the right to postpone shipment if weather conditions are not favorable.

Opening the bag will void all guarantees. Removing the deceased shrimp from the bag will void all guarantees.

No refunds will be given for losses caused by shipping delays or delivery failures.
